The balloons can be inflated using a balloon pump or by mouth.
Can be used indoors and outdoors – care should be taken if used outdoors to ensure they are secured to something to stop them floating away but also secure them away from any sharp objects.
For best results when using outdoors, we recommend you leave it as late as possible before putting them outside in order for the balloons to be at their best.
